Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on TRAAIL, you agree to these terms. TRAAIL is operated by Aascend Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16374142). Governing law: England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TRAAIL. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at enquire@aascend.group.
• You may not share your account credentials or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Acceptable use

• You may use TRAAIL only for lawful purposes.
• You must not use TRAAIL to store or process data you do not have the right to use.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of TRAAIL.
• You must not use TRAAIL to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• You must not attempt to circumvent any security features or tier restrictions.

5. Subscription and billing

TRAAIL offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• You may cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of your billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Free tier

The free tier is provided as-is with no service level commitments. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

7. Your data

You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you store in TRAAIL. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

9. AI features

TRAAIL uses AI to assist with lead management, email processing, and suggestions. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aascend Group Ltd's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from workspace settings.

12. Changes to these terms

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
